As Director, Marketing Analytics, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping how marketing investment, performance, and impact are measured across the enterprise. This role exists to elevate marketing analytics from reporting to decision intelligence-bringing rigor, clarity, and accountability to how we invest, optimize, and grow.
You will lead the development of best-in-class analytical frameworks, models, and reporting systems that enable marketing leaders to make smarter, faster, and more defensible decisions. This role partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Data, Technology, and Business Unit leadership to connect systems, data, and insights into a cohesive, trusted source of truth. What You'll Do

Our Values
Travel Expectations Up to 25% Pay Range $166,572 - $309,349 per year Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
